Le Comte Ory Premieres at the Met

Last night the Metropolitan Opera gave its first ever performance of Rossini’s penultimate opera Le Comte Ory. It was broadcast on the Sirius network and streamed live by the Met. If you haven’t listened to opera on 1.FM, I’d recommend that you do. The easiest way to listen to the internet station is to use the iTunes software which is free and easy to use. The station has more channels than a millipede has legs, but one of them plays opera 24 hours a day….
